The best thing is when you give them the explanation and they tell you how that doesn't work for them

I'm loving Slash and Miles Kennedy - Apocalyptic Love at the minute

The NHS website gives "less than 3g of total fat per 100g" as a definition for low fat. Here's the link http://www.nhs.uk/Livewell/Goodfood/Pages/Fat.aspx

Feel free to add me, I'm in maintenance now but I'm on here every day. Currently over 300 days logging, always nice to have friends to help with motivation.

Shoes - these ones. Burgundy patent leather with an 11cm heel and the bonus is they're comfortable too.

I took part in a class today at a new studio the fitness instructor told me afterwards I was "really fit". And also this week, the manager from my normal gym told me I was "outstanding" and he's really proud of me and all I've achieved. I don't take compliments well but both comments made my day. :blushing:

Rammstein put on an amazing show, so that's my favourite for sheer spectacle. However, the concerts I have enjoyed the most are when I've seen Thunder. No props,no spectacular set pieces just good old fashioned rock and roll blasted out full belt. Love them.

I replaced most of mine - either gave them away or took them to charity shops. I then lost more weight and discovered a local tailor which would have saved me a fortune if I'd found him before the first round. Still I've got a whole new wardrobe now.

I've only ever worn shorts for workouts at home before now and they were always knee length. For the first time in my adult life I wore mid thigh length shorts and a bikini in public. Happy days.

Feel free to add me, I'm on every day. :-)

SW 155 CW 126 Took me 7 months and have been maintaining since March, pretty much stayed at 126, occasionally my weight fluctuates by 1 or 2lbs but no more (so far). I didn't have a goal weight as I didn't think I had a lot of weight to lose (looking back I was clearly delusional), I was in this to improve my fitness and…

Female 5'2 - 126lbs - between 1600 and 2500 calories per day. 5 days per week doing HIIT and/or weight training.

Yup, but my main goal was fitness not weight loss. I only started tracking food because my trainer asked me to so he could see my diet to help with my fitness goals. He slowly steered me down the right path and the weight loss has been an unexpected side effect, I hadn't realised just how much weight I had to lose.

I'm no expert but assuming you don't have an underlying medical condition it certainly doesn't sound normal to be so drained after the amount of exertion you describe. Maybe you're underestimating your calorie needs and eating too little in general. How many calories do you consume and when do you have them in relation to…

This. I am so not a morning person but have forced myself into morning workouts. Been doing it almost a year now. I still wouldn't say I look forward to them but it gets easier once the habit is there. And it is very satisfying starting the day with an extra calorie deficit.
Wow that's awesome. Can I ask what weight you started with and what you worked up to?
No problem, I'm still on pretty low weights compared to some but my sessions are pretty intense. My workout is basically a full body weights routine with plyometric exercises between sets, sometimes with treadmill…

My before and afters - all done with dumbells and bodyweight training.

Press ups, squats, core work and metafit. Lift - sweat - repeat

Don't base your goal on other people's opinions. I didn't have a goal weight, I just wanted to be fitter and stronger, the side effect was weight loss. The majority of other people have the opinion that I've gone too far and have lost too much weight. I haven't - I'm 5'3 and 126lbs, my body has changed completely and yes I…

Wolverine because - Hugh Jackman no other reason.

Let's just say 'what bra size?' To be honest I don't mind too much apart from the cost in replacement underwear. I made the mistake of replacing everything after about 5 months and then lost more so had to do it all again. Still like a previous post said, it's a fair trade for my six pack.

Whenever we camp we cook and freeze our main meals. Normally we'll take curry, bolognaise or a stew of some kind. You then just need the accompaniments (rice, pasta etc) and a couple of pans to reheat. The frozen containers also help to keep your cooler cool. Enjoy your camping.

Here you go. I'm 5'3 and 155 down to 126. About 130 in this after picture. Good luck with your goals.

Nope, I'm an hourglass without em (almost)

I used to struggle with that distinction too. When I put weight on it goes on my bum and thighs first so I'm pear shaped. Even when I put weight on my stomach area my waist tends to stay defined. However, now I've lost weight (and when I was younger) I have the classic 10 inch difference between waist, hips and bust. Like…
