Latest one is being able to my C25K run over lunch and still make it all the way through judo practice without gassing so badly I had to quit.

Mom always ate it sweet, with sugar or fruit. I like it savory with lots of black pepper and/or some really zingy salsa.

I like it with cold coffee and chocolate Muscle Milk. But yeah, don't use hot coffee or you end up with chocolate cottage cheese. Yuck.

I have a specific playlist I go with every time. Since C25K is pretty much 28 min out every time, and the app has a 5min warmup before the first run, I know pretty much right when I need to get amped, and I know that by the time I go from Kanye and Van Halen to No Doubt and Gaga, that I'm in the home stretch.

Don't mix your weight measurements (grams, ounces) with volume measurements (tbsp, cups, etc). Hit your local kitchen store (or garage sales) for a nice kitchen scale and weigh everything.

Heavyweight male here (6' 0", started c25k at 320, down to 290 now). My "jogging" speed is about 4.1mph, and I just finished W5D3 which is 20 min straight. The gorgeous blue wool blazer with the brass buttons -- the one I had made at Hymie's in St Paul -- is too big now and has to be taken in before a wedding in two weeks.
