I sleep with my gym clothes on and that helps me get up. I figure I am already dressed I might as well get up! I also keep a "goal outfit" hanging on my dresser where I can see it so when I don't want to get up I look at that and think if you want to be able to wear that you better get your butt out of bed! Hi Kim You can definitely do this. If you get stuck ask for help. I have found this site to be a very supportive nonjudgmental place. What helps me a lot is planning my meals for the week. Every Sunday morning my kids and I have a “meal meeting” and then pick out dinners and do the shopping for the week. I feel less…
