It's only like 2 liters. I find continually drinking water most of the day boosts my brain power a lot. It's nearly replaced coffee in my day to day

^^This Your legs are where all the stability comes from for your strength. Ignoring legs its just plain silly. Personally I love doing squats. I find it a crazy man injection when I pull off a new PB. Who cares If you have to stick your butt out. I'd rather have my *kitten* out for a couple sets than stuff my back.

If you can do more than 12 on an exercise then add more weight so you stay in that 8-12 rep range

I can relate. My big influence is Furious Pete off of Youtube. My arms are smaller than yours, mine are 366cm (14 and a bit inches in wacky imperial) I've slowly added 2-4mm each week. It's a tiny change but a change nonetheless and it will add up eventually. Don't be disheartened, it's just a plateau. Keep at it , mate.

If you really, really can't cut it out of your diet then at east switch to darker chocolate like 70% cocoa or more. Personally I love it, goes great with red wine.

For the gym I love industrial (Rammstein) and hip hop (Xzibit, Kanye) as well as a couple other rock/ metal songs that get me fired up. For running and cardio all I listen to is Glitch Mob.
