Hey all, From Brisbane, Australia. I used to be fairly active here but dropped off the map. Been lifting and dieting for 2 years now and bulked up from 78kg to 90kg. Now cutting back for summer. Doing a 3 day PPL with cardio mixed in. Always looking for new friends.

Tough Mudder/ Spartan Run
Hey all, To anyone that's done an obstacle event like Tough Mudder: How hard was it to do? How good does your cardio have to be, I know its 20k's or so but if its broken up by obstacles how good does your cardio have to be? What training did you do? Was it worth the money? Thanks -Adam

Hey all, Starting strong lifts next week. Any pointers for using the programme you've found? Also I watched the mehdi videos and he reckons to lifts really fast but that seems like a good road to snap-city, how do you avoid injury lifting like he does? Ta -Adam

Pre-Workout supplements
I've been having trouble with my energy levels and it's hurting my gym performance. A cup of coffee just doesn't do it for me and energy drinks just arent good on a regular basis plus theyre expensive as F**k. Does anyone use a pre-workout supp? What brand? Maintaining
I've worked at the gym for 3 months now but I'm going interstate for work for 4 months and won't have access to a gym. I've made some nice gains. Can I maintain this if I keep up my calories and just do high volume Body Weight exercises? I.e pullups, pushups, bridges, squats/ lunges thanks -Adam

I Think I Need Redbull
Cause dem wings ain't growing I've been training three times a week for about 3 months. Every muscle has grown except my friggin' lats. I do 3x10 sets on lat pulldown as well as rows but theres no growth whatsoever. Should I add more reps or more weight? Can anyone recommend other exercises to add ta -Adam

Stupid / weird question Is it weird if you can constantly see a guys nipples through his shirt? To keep my posture proper I hold my shoulders back and *ping* nipples out front (regardless of the temperature). Is that odd?

Need advice for a slow bulk
hey all, I'm trying to gain weight but I'm trying to do it slowly to avoid a lot of BF. My maintenance is around 2100 and I eat 2600. Is that enough of a surplus if I'm training 3 times a week? ta -Adam

Rolled shoulder

Muscles not sore after gym
I've found that now my body is used to training my muscles don't get sore they just feel weaker right after gym and even the next day but I'm lifting heavier each week. If i'm not sore (obviously not debilitating muscle pain) does that mean I'm not working hard enough? ta -Adam
