I Think I Need Redbull

Cause dem wings ain't growing

I've been training three times a week for about 3 months. Every muscle has grown except my friggin' lats. I do 3x10 sets on lat pulldown as well as rows but theres no growth whatsoever. Should I add more reps or more weight? Can anyone recommend other exercises to add

    I personally have not seen many strength improvements recently (since I was eating at maintenance during marathon prep and just started eating at a surplus) but my favorite lat exercises are weighted chin ups, weighted pull ups and muscle ups

    I am a Redbull fan as well!
