Hey all,
From Brisbane, Australia. I used to be fairly active here but dropped off the map. Been lifting and dieting for 2 years now and bulked up from 78kg to 90kg. Now cutting back for summer. Doing a 3 day PPL with cardio mixed in. Always looking for new friends.
