Rolled shoulder

I felt a pinch in my shoulder yesterday at the gym. I stopped immediately and stretched it out. Felt fine but the second I went back to my weights it would tense up and pinch again. I called it quits to avoid a full blown injury.

Today my shoulder is rolled forward a bit, it doesn't hurt but the muscle is quite swollen. I read up and it sounds like a result of muscle imbalance.

Are there any exercises anyone can suggest to pull my shoulder back into alignment.
