It takes 18-24 hours to fully digest a meal. It is perfectly fine to eat all your calories in one meal. Will your stomach hurt afterwards? Maybe. Will it affect body composition in a negative way? Nope. Starvation Mode only comes into play after prolonged periods of fasting (3-4 days).
