I like Cup-a-Soup Lite and "fruit bowls" like chopped apples with plain yogurt and raisins; chopped melon with Ultramel Zero and a spoon of muesli for crunch. Maybe even a small muffin broken up, with mango, nuts and a little Ultramel Zero - almost tastes like trifle!

My healthy option is a 200g steak or the grilled chicken breast, with a baked potato. As for the starters, the chicken livers or the spicy beef strips are good options, as long as you sub the trammezini for brown bread... Oh and the pink sauce comes in at 27kCal per 15ml, so I allow myself to indulge :D

I make a salsa/dip with piquant peppers, feta, avocado and trim dressing which I then eat with 2 slices of toasted bread. I have a rule, where no matter how small or insignificant a snack might seem, it has to be weighed and placed in a bowl, and then I sit down and I eat my snack. Well I'm from South Africa and we don't have any big holidays until Christmas. I'm worried however, since we'll be visiting family out of town for 5 days - and I will probably not have much control over what I eat and will not get even close to my regular exercise.

Well I've lost 10kg in 8weeks, so I'm hoping to have doubled that by Christmas - so far so good!!
