I totally use it instead of sour cream. I even strain some of the liquid out of it and use the thicker greek yogurt to mix dips.

yes - I would definitely recommend at least trying it, especially if you're already thinking of it, just do it, you'll know if you love it or hate it :)

after more than 6 months of telling myself I needed to try spin, I did ... last week, and I've taken 3 classes, I LOVE IT!!! Friday I did spin and then went to zumba and was still going.

I love it!!!! I had the same experience with my sister, we took 2 zumba classes back to back and half way through the first one she was winded and I wasn't. Healthy is better, that's my new goal, can't worry about the skinny, if it happens great.

I'm not small but everything is proportion to me except my belly, people think I'm pregnant - it's very frustrating. I'd love to know how to get rid of it too. Right now I'm just upping my cardio and eating healthy foods.

I'd do 2 things, have a physical from your doctor (blood work should be taken to make sure everything's working properly) and increase your exercise

I've had quite a few family members ask me what my "secret" for losing weight was ... when I say counting my calories and exercising everyday, they don't want to know anymore - being healthy isn't just a magic pill to make you skinny and that's what they really want, they don't want to work at it ... unfortunately

I've been gaining and losing the same 5 pounds for about 6 months now, it's very frustrating ... BUT think of how much healthier your body is and how much more you can do with and for your children, a healthier you makes a longer life for you (and your children)

parents need to be educated - period. School lunches are a joke and there are too many convenience foods out there, too many video games and not enough parks and playgrounds for kids to run around and play, technology rules this age and will help make us all fat. :(

lots of gyms will offer a free trial (usually a week), you can do that with all the gyms and see which one you like the best and negotiate from there

having tried both (just tried insanity out yesterday), I'd do 30ds before I did Insanity, Insanity is crazy (especially since some of those on the video are having a hard time too) ... BUT if you want results and high intensity Insanity is it

you can log in your reps and weights in the "strength training" section of the exercise portion, but then you'd need to go the card part and log in your minutes for "strength training", it's there

I think you'd be fine to eat it tomorrow, but I'm not an expert :), however, I would turn the leftover chicken into something else, chicken quesidilla, chicken sandwiches, etc. If you don't think you'll eat it tomorrow, then you can take the meat off the bone and freeze it for a casserole later.

150 - that's where I was all throughout high school ... and I was thin. My hope is to get down to 180 and then I'll work my way down from there, but I won't obsess over it

if you can't put any weight on your wrist then I'd try a different program, p90x does a lot of push ups. But any size can do p90x, it would just be a bit more modified then the more fit person

I've never measured BUT it's really yummy, here's estimates ... 1 cup frozen (can be fresh) strawberries 2 cups fresh spinach 1 cup water 1 - 2 tablespoons honey (optional, and to taste) whir in the blender, if the berries are frozen it makes it like a smoothie
