If your a soda addict, diet soda is a good temporary remedy although I wouldnt trust it with the ingredients it contains. Sparkling water is a good way to go, especially if your a soda dependent hoping to quit it. May taste like crap at first but it's varied adjustment.

Thanks everyone for some insightful posts about how sodium takes effect on the body, really helps me in how I should watch out for sodium in my diet. Hopefully I'm drinking a lot of water to equalize my sodium intake so I can lose enough weight each week to get rid of the body fat I'm trying to lose.

Thing is, i cant consume things that have alot of calories and fat because i need to lose weight. Expresso's are to fat-full but perhaps black sugarless coffee could be a good alternative to try

60 min a day is excellent if its your only cardio but it depends on your rpm and personal determination in staying on a certain rate.

oh 90 lbs is a great challenge to overcome! I'm starting with 55 lbs then going to an extra 30. The fastest way to lose weight it through the rate of good diet and exercise :D

Ok i get what everyone is saying that its bad and unhealthy, but the diet has given good results in losing weight. I've lost like 14 lbs on that one month i did it, somehow thought it seems even harder than before...
