I got over 22 miles. My first time on the bike I did 13, so there's already HUGE progress. My workouts alternate between 50 minutes (little under 800 calories) if I'm going to be doing any lifting. A full hour at that pace, and I really don't have the energy to do enough lifting to even bother with it. I just don't track…
