I am 5'3 and 3/4 hahaha so i say i am 5'4 on a BMI calculator. You can round up right?? haha For a healthy BMI at 5'4 I should be between 108 and145. I have big boobs and a big bum....so my primary goal is 160 and then consult my doctor. I would like my ultimate goal to be 145.

Try whole grain rotini with a little feta and cooked frozen vegies..served mixed together and warm. Add a little parmesan cheese and garlic for some extra flavor. Love this..so yummy!
