I'd also like to join the Zumba challenge. I have to dust off my XBox Connect as that's where I used to do Zumba. I would like to do Zumba twice a week.

Fantastic! You look great. I just got into my 180s for the first time since 2004. Feeling so proud. I am four pounds away from being just "overweight" rather than "obese" ;-) I am looking forward to that and continued weight loss. You are an inspiration!

Fantastic! I am aiming to lose 50 lbs and am happiest to walk, not jog. I do use the elliptical at the gym sometimes but not happily! I love walking in the neighbourhood and am worried as winter is coming.
