That's great! If I can't work in a treat every now and then I will go crazy! It is nice to find a way to fit it in and stay under (something I am still learning after only a couple of weeks on here)

At 4:00 I am hungry and ready for something to eat especially on the days I work out. I have little pre portioned baggies of homemade trail mix in my car so that are yummy and filling. I agree! When I was a teenager I was a complete tomboy and the sizing is so EASY no guessing. I am a different size in every brand of women's it seems.

Thanks :) I know it will be good for her but I just need to find ways to get a couple extra (healthy) calories on her plate while making sure i don't have too much! Luckily she is a snacker, she doesn't like meals so a lot of her calories come from snacks so i have a lot of healthy snacks for her :)

I have a MAJOR sweet tooth! My favorite fix is keeping a bag of chocolate chips in the freezer. When I can't kick a craving I grab 4-6 chips and let them melt in my mouth. Because they are frozen they take longer to melt and usually around 4 is enough to kill the craving. Way better than caving and eating a whole candy bar…
