  • Your body looks like what I am hoping for my end result!!! You look great!! I know it is difficult to see it yourself but you look fantastic.
  • I eat mine with apple slices and by the time i am done with my 1-2 tablespoons I am feeling full and happy
  • I eat back at LEAST half of my exercise calories and have been steadily loosing 1-1.5 lbs/week for over a month now. If I don't I am starving and I can't do this if I am hungry all the time. I often eat close to all of them but I also burn about 400-600 and have trouble eating all that back.

  • that is how mine works the chest strap sends it to the watch as long as it is within 2 ft, I would just set it in the cup holder or something if you are on a treadmill/elliptical and put it on a belt loop or pocket if you are walking or running outdoors. Mine isn't stylish but since I only wear it at the gym it doesn't…
  • I like what dragonbug said but in addition, I have some other effects that I have noticed. I have been drinking 10-12 glasses of water a day (8 glasses is a generalization) for about a month. I feel so much better. More energetic, my skin looks and feels better and I am not as hungry (probably like she said the mistaking…

  • I do this too except my weigh in day is Wednesday. I like to know where I am not only on a given day but overall. If I eat too much sodium or don't drink enough water I will see an increase. I report my weight regardless of what it is on Wednesday but knowing what I weigh consistently helps me stay on track. I also don't…
  • One of my favorites is a can of tuna (only partially drained to keep some moisture instead of adding mayo) mustard and relish and I eat it with a serving of Wheat Thins my favorite is the tomato and basil. It is yummy and filling and I don't get hungry again very quickly. Only about 255 calories, a little high in the…
  • You look GREAT!
  • Murrieta :)
  • My HRM would not work well if you wanted to wear it all day. I love it for working out but when I first got it and was learning to use it I was reading it while sitting and reading the pamphlet. According to the HRM my HR went from about 60 to 250 and every where in between while sitting still. I was worried at first but…
  • ditto! but I am a bit of a geek myself :D
  • that is my trouble area too. Especially after a c-section that left pain for over a year. Pain is gone but no idea what to do other than the standard crunches etc.
  • I tried this for awhile and should get back to it. At the beginning I would be sore after a few hours but I also noticed better posture and less back pain which is why I kept it going for months. I got hurt and needed a chair for awhile and my ball disappeared :( (We had shared ones at work so someone snatched it) I think…
  • Great job and congrats for making your goal! :D
  • Panini's Yum! At some point I am going to try an open face one in the toaster oven to save a little calories -Mozarella, tomato, fresh basil and a little salt. My favorite!!
  • I keep a cup with me all the time. It is a 16 oz with a lid and a straw. With the straw I drink WAY more without realizing it. I used to struggle but now I often drink more than I need. :) and for my body weight I am aiming at just under 12 cups a day.
  • Rosemary Chicken and potatoes.
  • My heart rate is often high too (in the 170s) but I don't feel that I am struggling so I keep going. Interested to know as well.
  • Tried this tonight and it was really good! I made enough for the whole family and it was a win!
  • I tend to weigh myself about every other day I like knowing what my current fluctuation is but I have decided to only log it on the weekend since it is every other day it ends up being either Saturday or Sunday
  • I looked into getting one but it was a bit high. I just got a HRM to try first. I do kinda like the 24/7 tracking BUT not sure I would be able to wear it at work anyway. . . . Curious to see what ppl who have one think of it as well.
  • I have a desk job so my activity level is set to sedentary. If I know I am going to be doing a lot of moving or something (like cleaning my 3 story town home) I put my HRM on and track it. If I am just standing in the kitchen making dinner I don't count it and consider it a bonus. You should probably set your activity…
  • I am on the go in the morning but grabbing a hard boiled egg and a packet of instant oatmeal (microwaving the water for it only takes a few seconds and I can finish getting ready while it is soaking in) usually works for me. The oatmeal fills me up more but I am hungry more quickly and the egg helps me stay full longer. If…
  • OMG thank you! that is awesome!!
  • I think Weight Watchers doesn't track fruit but if you are trying to track your calories you should enter fruit. I log anything that touches my lips, calories or not, just so I can also see where i am with sodium and other nutrients. I didn't realize how much sodium I take in until starting here and I am slowly bringing…
  • For myself I am having trouble with support from home and the support of my MFP friends has been huge. When someone gives you feedback or helps answer your questions or just says good job it helps me stay on track. I only know one person on my friends list IRL but the others have been very supportive and helpful.
  • I can't wait to get one! I am planning on getting mine as soon as I get my next pay check.
  • Yup! My daughter is so energetic, I hate that I just sit and watch her! Trying to be more active so I can keep up!
