For the first time, I've hit the 200's and need to get back down to onederland. Height 5'4" and gain weight easily. Also lose it easily (when I change my food habits) Looking for motivation and to motivate!

I'm on day 2 of the 30 day shred. I did it last year and lost a ton of weight but a new job made me lose focus. So I am trying to get back on track. I'd love to track my progress as part of the group. :smile: Are we tracking inches lost as well. That has always worked better for me than the lbs .
