Join me to do 30 days of yoga. I will be doing a combination of hot yoga and the 30 day yoga with Adrienne challenge on YouTube. The goal is to 1. alleviate my plantar fasciitis (and the stretching worked great so far) 2. Become more flexible 3. Feel more relaxed So dust off those yoga mats!!!
Starting the Ripped in 30 day challenge in July as a good way to not get carried away with all those summer cook outs. Be successful and accountable with this group. We will do weekly checkins and track both weight and inches lost.
