When you click on "add to diary", scroll down to cardiovascular and search for the exercise or since you have your own calorie count, add a new exercise. This is the way I do it and it works great

Its a good point because someone always crosses the line but it would be a good tool. Im not thinking about having ads all over the place, but just a "profession" page or place in your profile

Well what we can is all of us share our professions with the MFP community. I will send the MFP team an email asking to place a networking tab or something on its site. Its worth a shot

I think there are many people in the same place including myself. I got divored last year after 13 years of being married. The only good thing that I must say is I lost weight during the process. I was too stressed out to worry about eating. I gained the weight back (15 lbs or so) and I saw a difference. The good news…
