I recently used a calorie counter with a heart monitor for my job (which is about 3-5 hours a day 5 days a week of lifting garbage) I burned 2400+ calories in 4 hours. Would I be considered active or very active? Also MFP recommends my calories of 2100 per day to lose 1.5 lbs a week...Is this enough calories???

I play a lot of tennis...at least 3 times a week. Its a great sport and fills all of my needs...being competitive, burning calories, and keeping in shape.
