I agree about the first phase. I can't say that I followed it to the letter. But its still working.

I'm using this diet as a kick start...I was already exercising 5-6 days a week. I do piloxing, turbo kick, step, RIPPED and had minimal results. Now I can see the difference which will motivate me to continue.
