Hi everyone...I am on day 12 of the 17 day diet. I have lost 9.5 pounds so far. I would like to lose 30 more. Any one else tried this diet yet?:smile:
Hello all fitness pals Today I am starting phase 2 of the 17 day diet. I lost a total of 11 pounds and almost 3% body fat. Looking forward to alternating between phase 1 and 2. Looking forward to my 2 servings of healthy carbs on my phase 2 days. The hardest part is over and definarely enjoying the compliments.
