  • yoga tonight, don't know how far i'll make it through, I scraped up my knee pretty bad over the weekend, and all the bending / kneeling might not be fun. Anyhow, pushing play.
  • I just had a salad for dinner with so much fresh spinach, I had to eat it out of a mixing bowl instead of a regular bowl. But that puts my total for the day at barely 800 cals. So yah, without eating too much fruit... this should be interesting.
  • just finishing up drinking my first juice...I feel like it was a lot of juice, at least 16 oz, but it's still pretty low in calories for a lunch... Those of you that are logging, how are you doing with getting enough calories in? I feel full, but I want to make sure I'm getting enough to eat!
  • Made my first juice this morning! Dandelion Greens Cucumber Apple Lemon Ginger I must say, it was really good! The dandelion greens are really bitter though, so they need the other stuff in their to cut the flavor. They are supposed to be amazing for you though!
  • Starting out my raw diet / juicing tomorrow morning. I'm curious how it will turn out. Gonna eat fruit for breakfast, and salad for dinner, but everything else will be juice. Salad will only be veggies - spinach, cucumber, tomato, avocado, etc.

  • Absolutely cook at home. A) I like cooking. B) Dreaming up new meals is how I get through the day! C) I can control calorie intake better D) It's less stress!! I go out to eat VERY occasionally. Try to make the best choices I can, but it's such a rare thing that I don't stress about it too much.

  • Thanks for the suggestion! I'm planning on juicing 1/2 meals of the day...we'll see how it goes, I may indeed decide to do a few days just juicing at the end.
