OMG. So, I went shopping today. I can't even believe it. I was a size 10 before I started P90X. I fit into 6's, consistently! I almost cried... every pair of jeans, ever dress, and they all looked great! Small tops... Oh my gosh. I guess my beginning measurements weren't that accurate, because that was such a difference!

Managed to fit in AbRipper this morning. Figured that was a nice short workout to get a little burn in! Anyway, happy weekend everyone, and thanks for the kind comments.!

So today marks the end of my first 30 days. I lost about 4lbs, and probably about a half inch from most places. This mornings weigh in put me at 155. I think I'm going to edit my goals to under 150 by the end of the second phase! I did take pictures, they'll be up later today... I can't really see a difference! I hope…

I've been trying to get more on board with the stretching. I feel like I should only log the first 45 minutes as "yoga", and then the second 45 minutes as stretching... ohwell, still only crediting myself about 300 for the whole thing. I don't think it really needs the yogurt, although it tastes great with it - nice fresh taste. The pancakes are pretty rich. Greek Yogurt is pretty awesome though, you should check it out. Higher protein than regular yogurt, and more thick and stuff. Try a small container next time you go grocery shopping!

That was a serving for me... 354 calories is fine for breakfast, although it was a ton of food, i could've eaten less! It makes... I dunno, 1.5 cups of batter? Didn't really notice. I'm curious what people do with these, I want to perfect them! Report back with any modifications, and results, if you want!

Did my yoga this morning, as per my weekend sub arrangement. I hate to say this y'all, but it's growing on me. 30 minutes isn't THAT much earlier to wake up, and if I focus the whole time on doing each move as well as possible, instead of how many minutes left in the DVD, I get a much nicer workout. Definitely felt harder…

I was thinking tempo pace... So I think I may have misunderstood what a tempo run is - should I be running longer than 3 miles? So three miles at 'tempo', plus extra length for the warm up and cool down? Or are the warm up and cool down included in the ~ 3 miles? Also, one thing to note, is my legs are pretty darn strong.…

So do you think it would be better to just kill the swims all together, as far as my training goes? I was thinking of swimming on days that my P90X workouts are cardio-ish...

Right now I think I run closer to 20, 25 miles a week. I keep promising I'm going to swim twice a week, but I never actually do. I pretty much run every day now, with half the runs being 5 miles, half of them 3. I put the swimming days in the schedule, because I saw someplace you should only really do 3-4 run workouts a…

I did it this morning! I was actually signing on to ask the same thing. I logged it as calisthenics - high effort, and I think the calories burned were accurate. I am planning on taking the pictures, all though I'm not really expecting to see too much results wise. The scale has only budged a few lbs, and I've only lost fractions of inches.. Just wanted to stop by to say, that after 3 weeks of P90X, I decided to pull out 30DS again, to see how I'm doing strength-wise. It definitely reaffirmed how great a workout 30DS is, for burning calories, and getting toned. I think I'll use it to help me maintain all the muscle I'll gain with P90X. That having been said,…
