  • Did legs and back this morning, I had a hiccup with my exercise bands, I lost the door attachment!!! :(. The leg part of it hurt MUCH less than last time though.   • I don't think its super important you do it in 30DS days, but moving on to new levels will help you with the old levels. It's great to keep changing what you are doing, and pushing your body. If anything I would do it on two rounds of 30 days, the first round doing the modified stuff, the second time doing the hard stuff.…
