I am a 36-38DD and I understand your pain. I want my boobs to get smaller. My mother likes to tease me that when I have children they will be size F. They hurt and cause back pain. They really suck. I hope that as I start to lose weight they might shrink some.

This has me totally confused. It I am supposed to eat the calories I burn then why am I even working out in the first place? Why not just sit on my butt doing nothing while eating less calories? This is why I think you people who are telling me I need to eat whatever calories I burn are crazy. I want to burn extra calories…

I am 22. I am 200 pounds and am wanting to get down to about 155. I am just starting out on my weight loss adventure. So far I have been going by a calorie budget of 1200-1550.
