I been doing the 52 diet and now trying to do a keto like diet on the non fast days, looking for others doing the same thing.

I do the 52 diet and it does work if you stick to it and don't go crazy on the non fast days. Right now I do two 600 calorie days and now trying a keto like diet on the other days, you have to find the foods on the off days that work for you.

I do pilates at home when I don't go to the gym or do something else, it worked great when I was just starting.

I have big problems with my legs and I started out with pilates, because you do all the exercises laying down. Running is not an option for me and I would quit it if you are having problems.

Hi I'm in the same boat as ya'll I lost 70 pounds over the last year but gained some back over the holidays, and my goal is to double that number this year. Its been a rough road but I feel so much better now with what little progress I have made, there is no way I'm going to give up now.
