Well there are a lot of things that you can put rum in, but none of them are exactly "low calorie." Like the juices mentioned above are sometimes more caloric than soda. So my advice...mix it however you like it, but don't drink too much because then you'll end up with way too many calories.

I used to eat a lot of chocolate/icecream which is why I needed to lose weight. I also always eat brown rice, which is a lot more filling than white rice. A cup of brown rice has a little over 200 calories. Plus I like tofu dishes and that is relatively low calorie too. And I love things like broccoli and kale stir-fries.…

I weigh every morning as well! I track it in an app that tracks my cycles and I like seeing how my weight changes depending on what time of the month is etc. Nothing wrong with it as long as you don't get obsessed. I actually don't really have a weigh-in day...I just track my weight daily on my app and then log it in mfp…

Okay eating nuts is a good idea. It's not like every day ends up like that...so it shouldn't be a problem if my totals are really low every once I a while I think...

Everything everyone else said is great! Also don't forget to ice your shins after you run if they are hurting you at all. The writing the alphabet with your toe is a good thing too!

That's what I do. You are absolutely not faking it in my opinion because that lower weight should be your actual base weight, independent of salty food etc. that makes you retain water.

Like before, I'm really not saying that there is anything wrong with counting...it's just wrong for me. Congratulations to everyone who is having success counting! I just have an obsessive-compulsive personality that makes counting a bad choice for me...

You look amazing girl! I would love to have a body like you. That being said, 125 wouldn't be unhealthy, so it's up to you. Personally though, I would focus on your fitness and not your weight at this point.
