  • hi been here for about 2 weeks or so and lost 8 so far, its just very inspiring reading up on success stories and keeps reminding you to drink water etc, also i found logging in my food intake has made me shift the weight quicker, everybody is different but i strongly reccomend you use this and you will see results.
  • put it under treadmill, as it also says steps etc. it is a good exercise thats how i started!! try alternating it with a bit of jogging maybe even 30 secs at the beggining to get that heart rate going and then do it 35 secs etc youll notice your resistance going up :bigsmile:
