I make this all the time. No add cinnamon and when u take them out of the oven (make piles not flat cookies)put a little hole/dent in the middle let em' cool then put a dollop of jam or peanutbutter in the dent, AWESOME!

Does your belly stick out more than normal just before your period or is it just me this happens to? The scale goes up a bit but my belly really sticks out the week before quite a lot???

Posture, good, and not a hernia, defiantly looking like and feeling like a muscle. I have been off ab exercises for 4 days now hoping it is a muscle I can shrink by not working it out. Broccoi, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, kale effect the thyroid, I suggest u google it I had to cut back on these especially raw.

So here's my update, it is my ab muscles. I believe they have been worked a little to much and that is why they are prutruding out. I think I'm with u on this one I'm thinking it's a big ab as I have been working them ALOT. I just wish it didn't pooch out like it does it doesn't look the greatest. It's nice in the am but after a tiny bit of food she bulges out a lot.

Maybe I should cut back a bit on the reverse crunches and ab workouts. I want a six pack, but if it's gonna stay looking like I have a bloated little belly, I'd rather it hopefully "deflate" a bit, maybe if I let up on the workouts in that specific area. Thanks for the replies. Negative to pregnancy and it isn't like a hernia, and it doesn't give me any discomfort. It just is like a small little hard belly/muscle that has developed. Glad someone else has this too so I'm not the only one. Maybe it's possible it's just how that ab is gonna grow?

I am down to 94 lbs unfortunately my ribs are showing and I look more skeletal than anything trying to bring my bf down to get rid of this pouch. U might be onto something with the spine idea. I also read that ab muscles contract and bunch up when overworked so I'm stretching them out a lot. Quite often throughout the day.

I do cardio S.S,T, T, S,S for 1 1/2 hours treadmill. elliptical, bike, stair master. Always switch it up everyday. Also on my lifting days I do about 1/2-3/4 hours of cardio after.

Yes to all your suggestions, I am constantly doing leg lifts while on the couch, and in bed, knee raises in the vehicle, on coffee breaks at work, hold in my belly button while walking, doing it all. Driving my husband nuts with them.

Most places don't add cheese, sauces, extra veggies etc...which add up fast. Not to mention if u get a drink, I chips or a cookie with it. Bout just the sauces and cheese add up fast.
