1200 calories on rest days? How is it possible?
So how do you stay at your 1200 calorie goal on days you don't work out. I am always over. How do u meet even just your protein needs? Why do people panic over a 1-2 lb gain?
Ahh I hate when people post on here "I gained 2 lbs yesterday what happened???! What do I do, I think I'm gonna die." It's 2 lbs people...CHILL OUT! Unless the scale goes up and stays at a 5-10 lb gain it's not a big deal, get up early the next morning and take a poop ????, see its gone and life is back to normal! ????????

Upping calories, gonna gain?
I've upped my calories from 1250 to 1580 over the last week, do u think I'm gonna gain some weight back? If so will it just be temporary? I'm very scared/worried about this decision.
