I have been eating a salad consisting of:
1c. Reg. lettuce
1c. Spinach
3 Radishes
3 pieces of cut up cucumber
1 slice of onion
1 slice red pepper
4 mushrooms
2 baby carrots
3 grape tomatoes
Some sprouts
! Tbsp of 40 calorie dressing
1 Tbsp mixed seeds; sunflower, pistachio, oatmeal.
2 cut up almonds
1 Tbsp hemp hearts/flat seed mix
AND a meat; one serving of either: 2 tbsp. of tuna in water, 1/4 c. cut up chicken/turkey white or dark OR a 5" piece of sasuage (100 Cal)
It's a huge *kitten* plate full when I'm done adding the stuff!
I exercise everyday, rarely want or have a cheat day, lift weights, do cardio and eat very very clean everyday. I'm 5'1" 102lb F. I crave this salad ALL the time and thoroughly enjoy it, one of my fav things to eat actually!
I also eat a tonnnnn of veggies, like 2 big cups full just at lunch!
I am happy with my results, down to 102 from 120lbs, but I'm having trouble with the lower ab 'pooch' area that I just can't shake
I don't like eating a big supper as my lunches are usually bigger and I eat a serving of fruit at 4pm then supper at 5:30.
Do you think having this salad in the evening is a good idea in my weight loss goals/getting rid of the pooch?

how boring...you eat this every night? go on pinterest and find some light, yet awesome, salads. Chances are, you're going to get sick of this soon.0

sounds so yummy.. I would never, never, ever get "bored" with salad. Sadly, I usually don't have access to enough fresh produce, otherwise I'd also eat salads every night!0

I know my husband can not believe I actually love this as much as I do, but I literally crave this all the time, I think the different meats make it so different every night!
I eat it 5 if not 6 days a week! Sooo good! Been going strong on this baby for 3 months.0 -
I do salads like this pretty much every day too, except for me it's lunch as I like having bigger evening meals. It's nice to mix it up with different meats or dressings, but all in all looks like a good and tasty dinner.0

If it makes you happy, and you're healthy, why should you care what we think?0
