I split up a lot of cardio throughout the day. If you have something like a treadmill, elliptical, or exercise bike, you could hop no that for 15 minutes if you have a chance. The only time I really have a cheat meal is when we have a family dinner, which is maybe once a month. It's hard to find something that'll fit into my goal with all the high calorie/unhealthy food they make. It's so good, though!

Crossfit is great, I enjoyed it when I was active in my old gym. As for appearance, some crossfit ladies look great. But really bulky women is not my cup of tea. But hey, some people dig it.
