  • Thanks for giving me helpful advises. I've upped my calorie intake to at most 1400kcal per day and now I don't feel dizzy anymore. I have also increase my water intake from 2 liter to 3 liter per day. So now I feel okay. Thank you everyone. ^__^
  • Eat 1200 calories if you're inactive and not doing any exercises to lose 1.6lbs a week. If you're doing exercises, log that in and your calorie intake will increase, so you should eat more. :)

  • Honestly, 30 day shred seems nothing after a week and it is doable by anyone of any sizes (I am severely overweight, by the way). I've seen an obese girl do it so can you. You can endure it. So don't be scared. You won't lose weight by being scared. :)
