Hey Foam rollers are great. I've used them a few times after injuries and they're really good because you can use them yourself and don't have to rely on a massage. Martini and diet sprite, gin/slimline tonic are both great if you need to save on calories.. I usually go out for a meal on a Saturday night and have some drinks but that's the day I do a big run in the mornings so I've usually an extra 1000-1500 calories to burn, makes sense! Kate:smile:

Hey well done for getting back to it and having the motivation to try again. MAKE IT YOUR PRIORITY! Sometimes it's the fear of succeeding rather than failing that stops us, that whole self-sabotage thing.. Know that you're worth it and you deserve it more than anything :smile: GO FOR IT!
