I was a blue belt (along with my son who also was a blue belt) in WTF TKD for a year and a half, but both of us had to quit because of financial reasons. I'm really interested to try Kenpo Karate once my situation gets better.

I recently started going to the gym in the AM before I go to work. I have more energy throughout the day, and i don't have to worry about trying to fit it in at night, since my wife goes too. I like the fact that i have all the equipment practically all to myself since it's pretty much empty at that time of the day.

I'm 44 and i don't use my age as an excuse in trying to lose weight. Sure, everyone's body is different. and it might take longer to lose the weight, but if you eat somewhat healthy and stay active, then you shouldn't have any issues.

There's too many to choose from, but off the top of my head i'll have to go with seeing Rush back in 2004 during their 30th anniversary tour. Saw them on a summer night at Jones Beach on Long Island, NY. Great show!
