  • I have them from gaining weight in high school. Any suggestions to help them fade?
  • I love bringing a chicken wrap!! I also bring fruit of some sort! Whole Wheat Torillas 1/2 Baked/ Grilled Chicken Breast (I normally cook this the night before) Peppers,Jalapenos,Corn Blend (any other veggies you like) Salsa Light Cheddar cheese Put in the microwave and its feeling and really good!
  • I wear Nike Free Run. I love them, they are really light weight. The only complaint I have is rocks get stuck on the bottom really easy and it gets annoying.
  • I don't , but like athenasurrender said If I can't do the workout comfortably I will repeat it. I'm on the 20 minute run and I'm struggling so I'm going to keep repeating it until I can finish it.

  • The Buffaltios aren't too high in calories. That is normally what I get. It's a grilled chicken taco pretty much.
