Feel your pain here! I am in college still so drinking happens all the time with me. I love the skinny girl maregeritas!! If I go to a bar I get vodka club soda and a splash of cranberry with a lime. Mic Ultras are low cal beers that have the same amount of alchool content. Good Luck ;)

I have this problem as well. I love eating in social setttings and I love getting seconds! I would say that your best bet would be bring a dish that is healthy and for everything else you know what is good and what is bad for you. If you all cook out and you get a hamburger either bring a wheat bun or eat it with no bun.…

So if I go by my BMR number than how do I change it on my profile so that is the number I go by everyday because they have me set at 1200 calories instead of 1415

I would try to exercise! At least if your having a bad day you can turn it into something good. Grabbing a friend and going on a walk to talk about things helps sometimes to. Good luck and feel better ;)
