I am watching my calories and exercising. I also am giving myself a goal once a week to accomplish stick to then add another. I read something online that said to bring a piece of clear tupperware to work and set it on your desk, and everytime that you are tempted put a dollar in the tupperware instead and see how your money grows. I haven't tried it but with my temptations I could be a rich girl! Hope that helps in good luck ;)

I think it is a great idea! I don't have a scale at home and I don't really go by the number on the scale but how my clothese fit me! Only down side is when I do find a scale I am always tempted to get on it. Good luck ;)

I love making loaded nachos! Whole wheat tortilla chips: 140 Sharp cheddar cheese 1/4 cup: 110 Chicken breast: 110 Fajita packet: (it is like 10 calories for 2 tbsp you dont even need 1 tbsp) Lettuce Onion Sour Cream: 45 Salsa 2 tbsp: 15 About 430 calories Of course you cna add and subtract your toppings!

I know!! I looked into it more after you said that and found it out :( but your right 100 calories isnt bad. I think I am going to just try something lite and not count the calories of alchool just my food and be cautious. That crystal light sounds amazing though!:drinker:

HAHA I am not sure! I typed it on the food calculator and thats what it said. All the ingredients are fresh and not very over powering on the tequila. ;) The way I like it!

I do love vodkas with club soda and a splash of cranberry, I think they are only 90 calories to. water is a good idea I am trying to get my eight glasses in a day, it will be super hott!

I am no expert, and I do eat after 7. I work till 6 its hard for me not to, but if you think about not eating after 7 it makes a lot of sense. You are winding down for the night and your body isn't getting as much energy to help digest the food.

It really is! Especially since I am a drinker! I can't stop drinking all together because I know that will only last for so long. I am trying to cut back drinking durning the week. I am a college kid so all my friends want to drink, the temptations are killing me!
