I started this journey August 19th, 2013 at 238. As of today I am 158. So, it took 215 days for me to lose 80 pounds.

18 weeks ago I started out at 238 and I originally wanted to be under 200 pounds by Christmas. Then I changed my goal to 180 as weight came off quicker than I expected.
