  • I have a similar BMI to you. I am 5'3 and 122.7, BMI is 21.7. I wish my BF% was 14%. Mine is pretty high, its at 23%. Not sure how accurate since it is a scale. I only got my body fat tested accurately once by a doctor and that was when I weighed around 150, and my BF% was 28%.

  • Mints seems to work well for me. I find peppermint tea the most effective. I think it is because my appetite goes up when I am stressed, and peppermint tea calms me down and I also feel full.
  • Those are so good. I like vegetarian options that don't try to taste like real meat. I feel like the more they try to make it taste like meat, the worst it tastes. I am not a vegetarian since I still eat meat occasionally, but I like taking breaks from eating meat sometimes to see what other options are out there.
