I forgot to post yesterday. I can assume that I won't lose anything by tomorrow. I guess I have only lost 1 pound this month. I was hopping finally be in the 110s or close to it but hopefully next month.3 -

Missed my march goal by 300 grams. But I’m still doing my happydance
Assuming I keep this rate of loosing +/- 2,5kg per month I should’ve reached my ultimate goal in about 4 months.
And THEN comes the really difficult part: holding the weight!!! Looking at the past 5-7 years I have regularly lost weight, typically around 10kg, in the spring just to regain them (or more) over the next ¾ - 1½ years. Fortunately I know what I’ve been doing wrong and I promised myself to not fall back into the old, bad habits.

Mar 31: 203.5 I hit my head on the same wall over & over and kept getting the same results. No surprises there! April will show a weight loss. Recommitting to myself the promise of health & vitality.
Final thoughts: During this global pandemic, it is more important than ever to stay healthy. I am recommitting to self-improvement and better health overall. Bring April ON!!!!!!

Weighed in a day early as I may not be able to log tomorrow. I've had to switch scales and I think the one I use at home is a pound light so I added a pound for a buffer. Hopefully it's only a pound light.
Stay safe everyone and healthy everyone, I'm sure that the stress will not help the situation. But we can do this!
Unfortunately I had to go back on a steroid and antibiotics for a sinus infection that won't go away. Which means I put weight back on however, I was able to keep it reasonably low and got back down quickly.
My last weigh in for March would have been 220 but as of this morning I'm down to 217 again.
I'll look forward to following the April challenge.
