I busted my *kitten* off all week for only .5 difference. So THAT doesn't feel good. especially riding off of last weeks 3 pound loss high. I shouldn't be plateauing yet. I started just over a month ago and have so much weight to lose. The number should have been 2 pounds since I stayed at a deficit all week long. And I always weigh Saturday mornings after I wake up to keep it consistent. God I just wanna be out of the 200s already.8 -

February 08 - 192.0 I started my new plan in order to figure out what is going on with my glucose numbers. Watching calories more than carbs this time (glucose has been running too low!). Today and yesterday found my glucose too high so I will continue to tweak to see if I can come up with a good weight loss plan without hurting my T2D efforts. I am down 0.1 from yesterday which I will call a normal fluctuation.
February 15 - 194.8 Experiments donโt work when things keep getting in the way. Uggg. Valentineโs day was wonderful and I appreciated all the surprises from my adult kids, but it didnโt help my cause. Back at it today!
