I've always had some muscle (I did a lot of weight training before), but I guess I should maybe focus on that more. I just don't want to be too bulky, because right now my back and shoulders feel huge!

I also started recently. I've looked it up online and for an avg. 145 lb woman they said it burns around 235 calories for 20 min (1 complete excercise). I put on 35 lbs within the last year and a half and I feel so gross because this is the biggest I have ever been in my life.
