that's the best compliment ever :) i really want that to happen to me one day. i'm in korea just for the summer and plan on coming back again within the next couple of years and i hope that if i see my trainer he says the same!!!! #winning

I think it's okay to eat a snack a couple hours before sleeping (otherwise you're hungry) but def limit it and make it small. I personally try to not eat carbs after 3 pm and if i eat anything after 7pm its usually fruit or nuts or milk.

Definitely eat more protein (eggs whites are great. 17 calories each and lots of protein), healthy fats (olive oil, pb, nuts esp almonds), and drink lots of water. Maintaining a low sodium diet has really helped me this summer. have lost 13 lbs in the last two months.

Definitely rest it. I kept running on a sore/injured Achilles tendon and it just kept gettin worse. Switched from running to cycling and increased my stretching before and after working out. Feel better!

I am skeptical. My cousin recommended it but I doubt that the results are permanent. The faster you lose it, the faster it comes back. Maybe it's potentially an option if you hit a plateau and want to shake things up or drop some lbs quick for an occasion but I say eating clean and working out is the best option.

I am the same way. I am only 5'2" and though the weight comes off I still feel my tummy is the worst. Honestly part of it is that I am apple shaped. I've bought 3 pairs of expensive designer jeans to motivate me. Also bought two dresses in a us size 2 and xs. Because I'm really short and petite in general I don't think I'll be happy until I'm wearing one of the smallest sizes available.... But I think it's great motivation... Especially something a bit pricier that way…

Yes, I agree about water retention and how that makes people bloated, but that doesn't exactly correlate to weight gain does it? Since when you lose weight, we're talking about losing fat... Ugh I'm so confused!

strength first because during that time you can burn carbs and once you start cardio you are burning fat. It takes some time for your body to start burning fat so I would do cardio after some kind of strength or light warm-up to ensure efficient workouts.
