I am skeptical. My cousin recommended it but I doubt that the results are permanent. The faster you lose it, the faster it comes back. Maybe it's potentially an option if you hit a plateau and want to shake things up or drop some lbs quick for an occasion but I say eating clean and working out is the best option.0

I think it's nonsense, honestly. I'm all for eating mass quantities of fruits and veggies, but this is just silly.0

Yes, agreed, I tried it before and I simple could not stick on to it for 1000 reasons.
But it does reduce your water wieght first and then proceeds further to reduce actual weight...very risky for long term weight maintenenance IMHO0
