No, I don't judge. Food is a CHOICE. It's not just about what you put in your body - it's also about culture, morals, learning, etc. This is an interesting article: http://www.mises.ca/posts/articles/all-power-to-the-poutine/

Mix up your exercise, up your calories a little bit, drink plenty of water!

How great I feel from the INSIDE out. =)

This exactly. Keep eating healthy foods - but eat more of them. You need more calories or your body will not trust you enough to drop the weight.

First off CONGRATULATIONS on losing 15 lbs. Seriously, that is amazing. You need to remember that losing weight isn't just for looks (that's a bonus) it's for health and quality of life. Secondly, I would KILL to be losing inches from my arms. I have lost 32 lbs and I've lost 1.5 inches off my arms and 4.5" off my hips -…

I've been curious about this, too. I hope someone answers!

Done it =) One of the greatest, most euphoric feelings ever!
-
Muppet's Christmas Carol for sure!!!
-
you truly look beautiful! =)
-
See, just recently I've lost about 9 lbs in 2 weeks :/
-
That's the thing - I never used to have any problems with it! The only difference is that I switched from regular green tea to organic :/ (not saying that has something to do with it - just saying that's the only thing that has changed)

Add me to the Canadian list =) Not everyone in Canada sounds the same, either, though so it's hard to simply say that we have "Canadian" accents. For example, my boss who is from Eastern Canada says that I have an accent and I'm from Western Canada. Although I don't think he has one. Weird.

Definitely the back, mouth and the dip on the lower abdomen right before his goods. My man portrays these qualities very nicely =)

I'm not gonna lie, that list made me giggle. I think over half aren't named right, that's for sure. Not to mention edited to a wicked extent! lol

I don't have much to say - obviously you've received some awesome advice here! I hit a plateau not too long ago. I up'd my calories by 400 calories and have been exercising less (due to an injury) and I immediately started losing weight again. This is just my own experience.

I've definitely had the same experience before. Now those unhealthy foods literally make me nauseated. It's like my stomach can't handle the fat, the grease, the salt or whatever.
-
Those are all awesome suggestions! ... I'll even spread some avocado on whole wheat waffles. yum!!!

almonds and walnuts

I sent you a message considering I didn't want to type out my story on here. I'm genuinely confused and would like your take on my results from the study I was in. Thanks!!

~~ You CAN gain muscle mass on a deficit. How do I know this? I was part of a university study that literally measured *specifically* my muscle growth over a 6 week period. ~~

This is just a tip, but MAKE SURE your "snacks" are more of a mini-meal. For example, don't just have an apple. Have an apple AND a cup of cottage cheese/a glass of milk/a handful of almonds/walnuts. If you snack heavier on healthy things you'll be less likely to overeat at your normal meal times and your cravings will be…

Chips. Glorious chips.

Thanks for the ideas everyone! =) <3

That would REALLY slow me down considering I absolutely suck at using chopsticks.
-
Cottage cheese and a fruit/veggie with a big glass of water.
-
Different body *shape*.
-
That answer for me is simple: food is meant to *nourish* your body. ETA: The healthier you eat - the more you'll crave what is healthy.
-
It's really hard. Take it day by day. The first time you make that conscious decision the easier it'll get. Key word "conscious decision." Before you grab for food take a deep breath, *slow down* and think about why you are about to eat. Make the decision not too. It is a decision and you DO have control even if/when you…

Thanks for your input, everyone!

well said! :)
