Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't depending on if I'm hungry or not. Once I start to notice my weight loss slowing down I will most likely eat them back :)

Green tea is so healthy for you. Full of antioxidants. I drank 3 mugs a day of it when I was at my healthiest pre-baby and I can say that I felt wonderful :)

Could you elaborate? I always read that it's good to get protein in after weight training. I also heard that after cardio it's great to eat some fruit (like onawho stated.) I'm wondering to what extent this should be done, etc.

My son is turning 1 in a week. We still breastfeed and he also gets formula/whole cow milk and solids. We still breastfeed many times throughout the day (I'm talking about 5 or 6) although I've had a low supply since the beginning. I log breastfeeding throughout the day as -300 calories. So far I've been able to continue…

Fill your plate with as many veggie dishes as you can and chose your favourite main dish just be careful about portion size :)

I've heard good things about Maderna. I've come to accept my stretch marks - of course they'll fade, but in a way I kind of like them now since they're a reminder of how I carried a little life inside of this body for 9 months. That's such a beautiful thing.

I say that if it motivates you then go for it. Why not? To each his/her own. As for me, I prefer to weigh-in once a week. I think I would be the type of person to obsess over it if I weighed in every day.

It'll come! I have good days and bad days, ups and downs - just remember everyday is a new day no matter what happened yesterday! You seem like an amazing person! Just know that you can and will do this! It sure takes time and patience :)

Do you still eat bread? Yes, I would die without it I swear. Do you avoid it? Nope, but I make sure I only have 2 slices per day. Do you feel guilty if you eat it? Not at all, as long as I stay 2 slices or under! How can I stop myself from feeling guilty? Time.

I usually eat more on the weekends - does that count as zigzagging? lol. Because last week when I drastically ate more on the weekend by my mid-week weigh-in I lost 2 lbs!
