I would not eat any differently than you usually do, as 9 miles isn't too far of a run. Definitely don't eat any new foods the morning of. Eat your normal breakfast if you have time ... banana, peanut butter, toast.

I use Orange County Public Library, which is HUGE & luckily they have a large selection of audiobooks. I like Harry Potter too .. kind of into the girly stuff like Nicholas Sparks, but really open-minded to all genres.

Ahh thank you all for putting this into perspective. Yes, it would be the first day of the trip, but I'm probably not equipped enough (no trail shoes, experience etc). It says the temps will be ~50, which is a little chilly for me LOL .. Anyway, I think I will practice trail & hill running a little more before taking it on!

Are you referring to deleting from "My foods"? If so, click on Food, then My Foods. Then under Matching Foods, click on the food you want to delete. There should be a "DELETE" button in the upper right.

I've never been super athletic, so there was a time (maybe a few years ago) when I couldn't run far at all .. suppose I started at nothing. Now, my fastest times average ~11 min miles. I prefer distance over speed. I just ran a 15k (9.3 miles) on 9/20 in 1:43:38.

As far as I'm aware, the pie chart is not a feature on the website. It is only functional on the mobile app. The above user is correct.. except on my mobile app, the 3 lines are found in the upper left (not upper right).
